Quantum Energy Partners said Wednesday that it closed its most recent fund at $4.45 billion, which includes GP commitment and other affiliated entities. Quantum will invest most of its capital in the oil and gas upstream sector while also seeking investments in the oil and gas midstream, oilfield services and power generation sectors. Park Hill Group LLC served as a placement agent for Quantum Energy Partners VI.

Rosti Group, which is backed by Swedish investment group Nordstjernan, said Wednesday it has agreed to buy Boog B.V. and the Bianor group of companies. The seller is Nimbus Investments. Financial terms weren’t announced. Bianor, of Poland, is an injection moulder and assembly-solutions provider.
