NXT Capital said Thursday that it provided an $88 million loan to support Trinity Hunt Partners’ buy of America’s Auto Auction Inc. NXT Capital said it acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent and Joint Bookrunner for the transaction. Dallas-based America’s Auto provides pre-owned car auctions.

ConXtech Inc. said Thursday it raised $25 million in Series D funding led by Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures and a venture fund associated with the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Pleasanton, California-based ConXtech is a construction technology company.

Presidio Partners, the former CMEA Capital, said Tuesday that it restructured CMEA legacy funds IV, V and VI, with additional follow-on capital. The firm renamed the pool Presidio Partners 2014, a $142 million fund that manages 17 companies. CMEA VII fund has also been renamed Presidio Partners 2007, a $400 million fund with 19 companies. Presidio also said it promoted Peter Gajdos to the role of Managing Director and appointed Lee Pantuso to CFO.

Francisco Partners has agreed to buy Procera Networks Inc. in a deal valued at about $240 million. Francisco Partners is paying $11.50 cash for each share of Procera stock. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Inc. acted as financial advisor to Procera. Fremont, California-based Procera is networking equipment company.
