Port Washington, N.Y.-based Apple & Eve offers more than one hundred different juice products sold under its flagship brand name, Apple & Eve. Houlihan Lokey Capital provided financial advice to Apple & Eve/ClearLight.

Ares Management said Monday its real estate fund have agreed to buy Pegasus Business Park from SEGRO PLC for € 83.4 million (US$113.4 million). Pegasus Business Park, located near the Brussels International Airport and eight kilometres from the city centre, was initially developed by SEGRO between 1999 and 2003. Pegasus Business Park consists of nine office buildings and an underground car park extending over 83,384 square meters.

Archer Daniels Midland Company said Monday it was buying Wild Flavors GmbH in a deal valued at approximately €2.3 billion (US$3.1 billion). Sellers include KKR and Dr. Hans-Peter Wild, WILD Flavors chairman. Wild Flavors, of Zug, Switzerland, supplies natural ingredients to the food and beverage industry. Archer Daniels is assuming about €0.1 billion of net debt. The deal, contingent on regulatory approvals, is expected to close by year end. Barclays provided financial advice to ADM.
