Medivir AB has agreed to sell Cross Pharma AB to Unimedic AB, a subsidiary of MedCap AB. The consideration is 125 MSEK on a cash and debt free basis. MedCap is a Nordic listed private equity player.

Snapchat said Monday that International Venture Partners was lead investor of the company's recent Series B financing round. General Catalyst, Benchmark Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and SV Angel also participated in the round. Press reports value the round at $60 million. Snapchat is a photo messaging application.

Clearview Capital has closed its latest fund with $325 million in commitments. Investors includes endowments, foundations, pension programs, consultants and high-net-worth family offices. Clearview specializes in acquiring North American companies with operating profits of up to $20 million. Atlantic-Pacific Capital served as global placement agent for the fund.

Keynote said Monday it has agreed to sell itself to Thoma Bravo in a deal valued at about $395 million. Terms of the deal call for Keynote stockholders to receive $20 in cash for each share of Keynote stock. Keynote's board has approved the deal and the transaction is excepted to close before Sept. 30. San Mateo, Calif.-based Keynote provides Internet and mobile cloud testing & monitoring.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Mubadala Development Co. have launched a $2 billion co-investment fund to pursue opportunities in Russia. Mubadala and RDIF are each committing $1 billion. The majority of Mubadala's commitment will be deployed in opportunities that will be evaluated on a deal-by-deal basis while some of the capital will be invested as an automatic co-investment into RDIF deals.
