Definiens AG, a provider of image analysis technology for digital pathology, has raised 10 million euros ($12.8 million) in new funding. Gilde Healthcare Partners led the round. Existing investors, including TVM, Cipio and Definiens' management also participated in the financing, the company said. Definiens is based in Munich.
