Avista to buy United BioSource from Express Scripts

Avista Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based United BioSource, a provider of pharmaceutical and patient support services. The seller is Express Scripts. No financial terms were disclosed. Centerview Partners LLC served as financial adviser to Express Scripts on the transaction.
