Beepi racks up $5 mln
According to a post on its site, Beepi has raised $5 million in funding. Investors included Jeff Brody of Redpoint Ventures, Tina Sharkey, Brian Sharples, Rich Boyle and Silicon Valley Bank. In conjunction with the funding, Jeff Brody will join Beepi's board of directors. Based in Los Altos, Calif., Beepi is a car marketplace that connects buyers and sellers.
