Blue Magma Residential and NCP Enterprise Funds buy Southeast multifamily portfolio
Blue Magma Residential LLC and NCP Enterprise Funds have acquired a $34 million Southeast multifamily portfolio comprised of three apartment home communities in Covington, Georgia, Robinsonville, Mississippi and Dothan, Alabama. Cushman & Wakefield was the broker on the deal while Ladder Capital provided the debt funding for the acquisition.
