Bregal Sagemount said June 5 that it acquired Lux Research. Financial terms weren’t announced. Lux, of Boston, provides market intelligence services. Foley Hoag LLP provided legal counsel to Lux Research. Sagemount was represented by Goodwin Procter LLP.
