Brennan and Arch Street acquires Georgia facility
Brennan Investment Group and a client of Arch Street Capital Advisors LLC have acquired a 477,152 square foot single-tenant distribution facility in Canton, Georgia. Currently, the property is occupied by internet furniture retailer Belnick. No financial terms were disclosed.
