Brentwood buys Excelligence Learning Corporation

Brentwood Associates has acquired Excelligence Learning Corporation, which makes educational products sold to child care programs, preschools, elementary schools and consumers. Excelligence is the fifth acquisition by Brentwood Associates Private Equity V LP, which held a final close in December 2014.
