Carlyle-backed Workforce Logiq acquires Engage Talent

Workforce Logiq, which is backed by The Carlyle Group, has acquired Engage Talent, a predictive analytics and AI software company. No financial terms were disclosed. Engage Talent's backers include Refinery Ventures, Ventures, Revolution Rise of the Rest Seed Fund and Alpha Venture Partners.
