Certeco merges with P2 Consulting

Certeco has merged with P2 Consulting, a portfolio company of Lonsdale Capital Partners. The transaction closed Sept. 26. Certeco is a business technology change consultancy in the U.K., while P2 provides project and program management consultancy. Equiteq advised Certeco.
