China's Creat makes 1.2 billion euro bid for German blood plasma firm: Reuters

Chinese investor Creat Group Corp has offered to buy German blood plasma products maker Biotest (BIOG.DE) for about 1.2 billion euros ($1.3 billion) including debt following its purchase last year of British peer Bio Products Laboratory, Reuters reported.
