Cielo Private Equity and S3 Ventures back Gravitant

Gravitant has raised $25 million in Series B funding. Cielo Private Equity and S3 Ventures led the round. In addition to the funding, Lisa Harris of Cielo Private Equity has been named to Gravitant's board of directors. Based in Austin, Texas, Gravitant is an enterprise cloud brokerage and management software company.
