Citymark and InterCapital buy two-property apartment portfolio
Citymark Capital and InterCapital Group have acquired the two-property Evergreen apartment portfolio in Fairburn, Georgia. The purchase price was $69.4 million. The transaction includes the 310-unit Evergreen Park and 244-unit Evergreen Terrace.
