Civica Interested in Tribal Education Biz

Software company Civica, which is owned by buyout shop 3i Group, has made an offer for the education unit of British government outsourcing firm Tribal, Reuters reported, citing a story in the Sunday Times. Tribal has been approached by other private equity firms interested in its healthcare business, Reuters said.
