Clarion acquires Madison Logic

Clarion Capital Partners has acquired New York City and London-based Madison Logic Inc, a provider of a B2B marketing technology platform. No financial terms were disclosed. Madison Logic CEO Tom O'Regan and co-founders Vin Turk and Chairman Erik Matlick will retain an ownership stake in the firm. Petsky Prunier served as financial adviser to Madison Logic on the deal.
