ClearSky-led investor group buy Altamira

An investor group led by ClearSky has acquired Altamira Technologies Corporation, a provider of analytics and engineering solutions to the U.S. national security community. No financial terms were disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. was financial adviser to Altamira on the deal with Cooley LLP providing legal advice.
