Cook & Boardman buys Converged Communications

Cook & Boardman Group LLC, a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co LLC, said Sept. 30 that it acquired Converged Communications Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Converged is technology business solutions company serving a commercial and institutional customers in NE Florida and SE Georgia.
