Court Square Capital Partners is investing in J. Knipper and Co Inc, and its affiliate KnippeRx, through a recap. Financial terms weren’t announced. Court Square will have a majority stake, while the Knipper family is retaining a minority. J. Knipper provides pharmaceutical samples management services in the U.S. KnippeRx is a specialty pharmacy.
