Cove Hill invests in LiveAuctioneers

Cove Hill Partners has made an investment in LiveAuctioneers, an online live-auction marketplace for fine and decorative art, antiques, jewelry and vintage collectibles. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams and DLA Piper advised LiveAuctioneers on the deal while Ropes & Gray LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers represented Cove Hill Partners.
