Crestview buys Concours Mold

Crestview Partners said may 30 that acquired Concours Mold Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Concours, of Windsor, Ontario, makes steel molds and tooling, primarily used in the production of plastic components for the automotive and consumer sectors.
