CVC to buy majority of Vitech Systems
CVC Capital Partners is buying a majority of Vitech Systems Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. Vitech, of New York, provides cloud-based administration solutions to pension, insurance and investment organizations. UPDATE: Jason Gurandiano of RBC Capital Markets and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP advised Vitech with assistance from Clearsight Advisors. CVC was advised by Rahul Singla of Citi, Goldman Sachs & Co LLC and White & Case LLP.
