No financial terms were disclosed. Piper Jaffray served as financial adviser to Krueger-Gilbert Health Physics on the transaction with Goodwin providing legal advice.

An Apax Partners-led consortium has agreed to sell Acelity Inc and its KCI subsidiaries worldwide to 3M for approximately $6.725 billion. The other sellers include Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board. KCI, of San Antonio, markets products such as negative pressure wound therapy, specialty surgical and advanced wound dressing in approximately 90 countries.
