Middleton Partners, a private real estate investment firm, has acquired 411 E. Wisconsin Avenue, a Milwaukee-based office tower. The seller is Riverview Realty Partners, which is owned by Five Mile Capital Partners LLC. No financial terms were disclosed.

TIAA Private Investments and Antarctica Capital have led a consortium to acquire InterPark. Financial terms weren’t announced. Alinda Capital Partners is the seller. Other investors of the consortium include Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, CIC Capital Corp, China Life, Munich Re Group and PFA Pension. InterPark, of Chicago, owns and operates parking facilities in North America. TIAA Private Investments is an affiliate of Nuveen.

Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, a real estate-focused private equity firm, has closed its sixth U.S. opportunistic real estate fund at $950 million, beating its $850 million. Also, the firm has raised $205 million in co-investment funds. Harrison Real Estate Partners VI LP has secured commitments from over 65 institutional backers. So far, the fund has committed $310 million across 34 properties and 17 states.

Vista Investment Group LLC has sold two Hollywood apartment buildings in separate deals that total $23.7 million. The buyers were not identified. According to details of the transactions, Vista sold Avondale Hollywood, a 58-unit apartment complex for $11.5 million while fetching $12.2 million for its sale of Sunset Formosa, a 36-unit apartment complex.
