Accel-KKR said Aug. 15 that it completed the sale of Jaggaer to Cinven. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cinven has a controlling stake in Jaggaer, while Accel-KKR has retained a minority. Jaggaer, of Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, provides procurement software for large and medium-sized businesses. The sale was announced in July.

AU10TIX, a cloud-based, machine learning, ID verification and authentication platform, has secured a $60 million investment from TPG Tech Adjancies. The funding gives AU10TIX a post-money valuation of $260 million. In addition to the investment, AU10TIX has tapped Carey Kolaja as president and chief operating officer.

BC Partners has agreed to acquire New York City-based Presidio, an IT solutions provider, for about $2.1 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019. Upon completion of the transaction, Presidio will no longer trade on the NASDAQ. LionTree Advisors is acting as financial adviser to Presidio while Citi, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets are doing likewise to BC Partners.
