Defense.net announced $9.5 million in funding and an executive team of top DDoS experts including Barrett Lyon as Founder and CTO. The funding for the Belmont, California-based firm that mitigates modern Distribution Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks is being led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
