Dermatology and aesthetics company Sebacia takes in $20 mln Series D
Duluth, Georgia-based Sebacia Inc, a dermatology and aesthetics company, has closed $20 million in Series D financing. Versant Ventures, Domain Associates, Accuitive Medical Ventures and Partners Healthcare Innovation Fund led the round with participation from other investors that included Salem Partners. Also, Sebacia secured a $16 million debt facility from Hercules Capital.
