DHC and partner buy Holiday Inn San Jose-Silicon Valley
The Dow Hotel Company and an unnamed partner have acquired in a joint venture the 354-room Holiday Inn San Jose–Silicon Valley in California. No financial terms were disclosed; however, DHC will oversee a $15 million renovation and operate the hotel.
