Digital Guardian buys VC-backed Armor5
Digital Guardian has acquired Armor5, a Santa Clara, Calif.based cloud-service provider that provides secure mobile access to enterprise data and applications. No financial terms were disclosed. Armor5's backers included Citrix Startup Accelerator, Trinity Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners.
