DW Healthcare Partners acquires Spectrum Solutions and Go-2
DW Healthcare Partners has acquired two Draper, Utah-based companies: Spectrum Solutions LLC and Go-2 Fulfillment Company Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Spectrum is a product development, custom designer and manufacturer of containers and packaging solutions while Go-2 is a provider of shipping and fulfillment solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Generational Equity advised Spectrum and Go-2 on the transaction.
