Earlybird Venture Capital Exits BridgeCo

Germany’s Earlybird Venture Capital has exited its investment in BridgeCo Inc., selling the company to publicly traded semiconductor company SMSC. Terms of the deal were not released. BridgeCo developers networked audio technologies. Earlybird first invested in the company in 2000, and was the company's first institutional investor.
