Eastman Kodak closes flexographic packaging sale

Eastman Kodak Co said April 9 that it closed the sale of its flexographic packaging division to Montagu Private Equity LLP. Kodak will receive about $320 million in proceeds. The flexographic packaging now operates as a standalone company known as Miraclon. The deal was announced in November.
