EIV Capital invests $40 mln to form CAM Integrated Solutions

EIV Capital made a $40 million investment commitment to launch Houston-based CAM Integrated Solutions LLC, a provider of engineering, procurement and construction management services to the oil and gas industry. EIV Capital invested out of its most recent fund, EIV Capital Fund II LP, which closed in December 2014.
