EnCap provides $500 mln to Silverback

EnCap Investments LP has made an initial commitment of $500 million to Silverback Exploration II LLC. The Fort Worth, Texas office of Kelly Hart & Hallman advised Silverback while Thompson & Knight LLP advised EnCap. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Silverback is an oil and gas exploration company.
