Endeavour launches second structured equity and mezz fund, hires Hycroft
Endeavour Capital’s affiliate Endeavour SEAM has been fundraising for Endeavour Structured Equity and Mezzanine Fund II LP with newly-launched boutique investment bank Hycroft in the role of placement agent, according to three sources familiar with the firm.
