EndoChoice Adds On

EndoChoice Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of GI endoscopy products and services, has acquired Pathworks Anatomic Pathology Laboratory, an Atlanta-based national reference laboratory. No financial terms were disclosed. EndoChoice has raised around $7 million in VC funding from Council Ventures and River Cities Capital Funds.
