Ethos invests in AutoZone

Ethos has invested in AutoZone, an automotive parts retailer in Southern Africa. Ethos will hold a controlling stake in the company, with management continuing to hold a stake. Three Ethos professionals will join AutoZone's board. The investment is the fourth from Ethos's fourth fund.
