Evans Analytical Group Acquires Wildlife International

Independent laboratory company Evans Analytical Group has acquired Wildlife International Ltd. Terms of the deal were not released. EAG is majority owned by Odyssey Investment Partners. Wildlife International provides testing services required to comply with environmental safety regulations.
