First Reserve closes Trillium Flow buy

First Reserve has completed its buy of Trillium Flow Technologies, formerly Weir Flow Control. Weir Group was the seller. Trillium Flow Technologies consists of 15 global pump and valve brands servicing the power generation, oil and gas, water and wastewater, mining, and industrial sectors.
