Fremont buys 50 percent stake of Atria management's interest in Atria Senior Living

Fremont Realty Capital has acquired a 50 percent stake of Atria management's interest in Atria Senior Living, a senior housing provider. Also, Ventas, which backs Atria, has made an additional investment to maintain its stake without dilution. As a result of the the transactions, Ventas owns a 34 percent stake in Atria's management services business with Atria senior executives and Fremont owning 33 percent each, respectively.
