GI-backed Kellermeyer Bergensons buys Capital Contractors

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC, a portfolio company of GI Partners, said April 2 that it acquired Capital Contractors Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Capital Contractors, of Islandia, New York, provides contract cleaning as well as exterior and related services to the education, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, retail and industrial end markets.
