Golub backs Sentinel's acquisition of Pet Supplies Plus

Golub Capital provided financing to support Sentinel Capital Partners' acquisition of Pet Supplies Plus. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Livonia, Michigan, Pet Supplies Plus is a franchisor and operator of pet-specialty stores. Golub was the administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner on the financing.
