Grain to take majority stake in Hunter

Grain Management LLC has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Oregon-based Hunter Communications Inc, an owner and operator of a fiber optic network. No financial terms were disclosed. Bank Street Group LLC served as financial adviser to Hunter Communications on the deal.
