GTCR to sell Camp Systems International to Hearst

GTCR has agreed to sell Camp Systems International Inc to Hearst. No financial terms were disclosed. UBS was lead financial adviser to Camp and GTCR with Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank also providing financial advice. PJT Partners acted as financial adviser to Hearst on the transaction. Based in Merrimack, New Hampshire, Camp is a provider of aviation management products and services.
