H.I.G. buys Lyon office building

H.I.G. Capital LLC said Oct. 21 that it acquired an office complex totaling approximately 29,000 sqm in Lyon, France’s second economic center. Financial terms weren’t announced. The buildings are expected to be delivered in March 2021.
