HBC, Powerplant Ventures invest in Hail Merry

HBC Investments and Powerplant Ventures have invested in Hail Merry LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Evale Holdings and Bedrock Holdings will continue as investors as will Hail Merry principals, Susan O’Brien, Sarah Chapin and Alison Brushaber, chief product officer. Hail Merry is a snack food company whose products include macaroons, nuts and seeds as well as grawnola.
