HgCapital sells IRIS to Hellman & Friedman in a £500m deal
HgCapital, the €2.7bn European sector-focused mid-market private equity investor sold IRIS Software and Computer Software Group to Hellman & Friedman, the US$16bn San Francisco-headquartered private equity house for an enterprise value of £500m.
