The acquisition is High Road’s third from its Fund II, according to a statement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“We’re seeing a lot of interesting opportunities right now and think it’s a great time to invest. We hope to maintain the pace that we’ve achieved to date throughout the year,” managing partner Bob Fitzsimmons wrote in an email to Private Equity International.
High Road was founded in 2007 by Fitzsimmons and partners William Connell and Jeffrey Goodrich, who previously worked together at The Riverside Company. The firm is based in New York.
